Cross Foot Drill


Description: The Cross Foot Drill will train you to stay centered and steady to hit down on the ball crisply instead of moving laterally or side-to-side.

Summary:
  1. Simply set up with your feet crossed playing your ball in the middle of your stance.
  2. Make your normal chipping or pitching motion trying to stay balanced and prevent as much head movement as possible.
  3. Focus on maintaining your balance throughout while hitting crisp shots.
  4. Practice the Cross Foot Drill to prevent swaying back and forth during your chip and pitch shots. The Cross Foot Drill will help you gain stability, balance and eliminate any side to side sway that you may have.
