Chase the Ball Drill

Description: The Chase the Ball Drill helps you stop chunking and hitting behind the ball by training you to get your weight through the shot.

Summary:
  1. Place your golf ball in your stance just outside your front foot, so it is positioned a bit more forward of where you typically have it.
  2. Take swings and focus on hitting the ball (which is out in front of where it normally is) essentially causing your body to "chase" the ball forward. This gets your weight forward upon impact.
