Elevate your Foot Drill


Description: The Elevate your Foot Drill helps you to prevent scooping and avoid a reverse spine tilt.

Summary:
  1. Elevate your front side by putting your front foot up on a range basket.
  2. This will help you stay back and maintain your tilt away from the target preventing an upper body reverse pivot. This drill is easiest if you tee up the ball.
  3. The Elevate your Foot Drill will help prevent getting the club stuck too far to the inside on both the takeaway and the downswing. Because of the sharp angle of your hips and shoulders (much like a down hill lie) your swing plane will naturally become steeper.
