Front Foot Drill


Description: The Front Foot Drill trains you to have the proper weight distribution at impact and helps eliminate topped and fat shots.

Summary:
  1. Set up with the ball lined up opposite your front foot. Put your back foot up on the tip of your toes and as much in line, but behind your front foot as you can.
  2. Practice hitting balls by standing on your front foot only. This will give you the proper feeling of where you should have your weight at impact.
