Rocking Drill


Description: The Rocking Drill is designed to help you feel a natural and smooth weight transfer back and forth from your rear foot to your front foot throughout the golf swing.

Summary:
  1. Set up to the golf ball and make your backswing. As you reach the top of your backswing lift up your front foot just an inch or so off of the ground. At this point all of your weight will be on your back foot.
  2. Next, plant your front foot back on the ground and swing forward to your finish. As you turn your shoulders through on your finish pick your back foot up off of the ground just an inch or so. At this point 100% of your weight will be on your front foot.
  3. Make sure to swing back and through with good rhythm feeling your weight naturally shift back and forth.
