Stepping Drill


Description: The Stepping Drill teaches you how to shift your weight through your swing creating more power and to keep your body in the correct sequence.

Summary:
  1. This drill will help you feel the correct weight shift from your back foot to your front foot and help you maintain balance and power through the swing. It will also help you get the correct sequence for your arm swing vs. weight shift.
  2. Take your normal set up and follow these steps:
  3. Swing to the top of your back swing.
  4. Step your front foot back to your rear foot.
  5. Step your front foot back towards the target.
  6. Swing down.
