I think 56 for a sand wedge and 60 for a lob wedge are probably the most common and make the most sense for the majority of players. I'm assuming you already have a pitching wedge which is probably 45-48 degrees so you'll want to keep that. If you have room in your bag I would throw in a gap wedge. Depending on the loft of your pitching wedge, you'll probably want something around 50-52 degrees.
