Question on Getting Started:

I have a bad back. Any suggestions on ways to get loose without ending up at the chiropractor?

Take your time warming up. A common mistake for people with injuries is to be rushing to the tee and not allowing their bodies to get warm. I would suggest the following:
1) Allow yourself a minimum of 30 minutes to get loose
2) Stretch out your entire body especially your back and hamstrings
3) Start with a chipping swing and then work your way up slowly to a full swing.
4) Start your full swing with a wedge and work up to the driver hitting every other club, either the even or the odd clubs. The driver should be the last club you hit.
