Hi Deborah. Thanks for writing MyGolfInstructor.com. I'm looking forward to helping you improve your game.
You can most certainly practice and improve your game. I myself am in physical therapy right now for my shoulder and my hip. As you can imagine about 90% of students that come across my lesson tee over the age of 30 have some sort of ailment or old injury. We can always find ways to work around these and there are so many parts of your game to work on to bring your scores down and the full swing is only a small part of it.
When you look at your game as a whole there is putting, chipping, pitching, sand, pre shot routine, course management and so much more that goes into your score. If you systematically focus on one piece at a time you can improve your game bit by bit. That is exactly what this site is designed to help you do.
Just let me know which part of your game you'd like to start working on first and I can give you the steps to get started.
Thanks!
