Question on Practice:

How often do you recommend someone to practice each week in order to see improvement?

As much as possible. I know that sounds vague, but if someone where able to practice every day, they should. As the saying goes, practice makes perfect. Practice does not have to be at the course or range. A golfer can learn a new technique at home by making slow motion swings inside. Making changes is all about repetition. It takes doing a new move thousands of times to get it to become a habit. The ball is irrelevant. Making the brain understand the new move and having it programmed to tell the body what to do time and time again is what is important. Practicing just 10 minutes a day in the house can really help.
